A simple and effective guided Vipassana (insight) meditation designed predominantly for beginners with plenty of guidance. Starts with Anapana (breath awareness) to establish awareness, followed by a guided part-by-part body scan focussing on the changing nature of the physical sensations within the body.

Practice everyday, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening, to experience observable and lasting changes in your life. Enjoy!

This really works. For those suffering from anxiety and depression. Dedicate yourself to this and yoga, breath work daily - empty your mind of all the pain it is putting you through. I am on this path and you will be ok if you do this and follow buddha scriptures. We are in this together ❤

I just want to give you a big thank you for this guided meditation I have been meditating on and off for almost 20 years and I can give you my biggest heartfelt thank you for or this gift.
Long story short, I suffer with multiple chronic illness/pain And mental dis- ease and because of the way I was treated growing up my body has been in panic mode and high alert for almost 33 years after moving away from abusive parents, all the pain and suffering all came crashing back all at once and I had a huge setback for years...nothing was helping my body and mind to feel safe, even though I am now in a loving place, I was/am suffering of a broken heart and my body still wouldn't ease back to a normalize feeling, but stayed in panic mode and I was loosing sleep, I was really scared, nothing was helping me completely be here in my body, even yoga, meditation, acupuncture didn't work as well as this, your video single handedly has helped me be in my body fully. I am finally home. Thank you so much.

Before I started, I thought it would be very difficult for me to sit still for 10 mins. But 10 mins felt like less than 5 mins. Hope I keep coming back to medidate. Thanks a lot.

I am thankful for vipassana meditation it has truly changed my thought pattern in nine consecutive days:
Day 1: 15 min
Day 2: 30 min
Day 3-8: 60 min
Day 9: 10 minute
I am more aware, listen better. The last couple of days have been a little challenging to concentrate especially on Monday this week and on today. But, I pushed.

Hello ...Zen. Thanks again for your 10 minute Vipassana meditation. Its been some years since I attended my last 10 day silent retreat.
I am amused to imagine some people reading that detail may feel a buzzing anxiety in their head, as they contemplate why would you do that?, or I couldn't keep silent for 10 days, and others maybe like me may think, "I could do that."

My certainty was really tested on my first 10 dayer.
My most amusing moments occured when I considered my initial reason for going, "So you thought you were just going to "bliss out"? Wrong!!
As i found out you've got to work every moment you're here! 😅😂

Since my first retreat in 1994 I've tried to meditate daily.
In the end, I would encourage any man woman or young person to attend such a liberating experience once in their life. The benefits transcend anything we may think we know... 😊🖤😀💖

Thank you. it's not easy to keep up vipassana practice, but i shouldn't be too hard for myself. a 10 min meditation is better than not meditating. I agree that this isn't a way to fully reach a state of enlightenment (not that i want to go there, but you know what i mean). It's just hard to manage daily meditation next to working out, working, playing music, taking care of loved ones and seeing friends etc. But a 10 min meditation really does wonders.

The fact that I was not finding such videos and this suddenly showed up in my feed, glad to have this as my daily routine from 3 to 4 days. I do it twice, morning and night . I really can feel the flow of energy my body generates while doing this even while relaxing my body. I don't know why I've been suffering from stress or kind of things from past couple of months . I can not figure out that cause, but I just found out the relief. One of my teachers went to vipassana camp regularly and told me the benefits of it, but I eventually gave up on doing meditation. But this felt very nice . I'm also sharing this video with the people I know who need the help of this video. सबका मंगल हो।
