A simple and effective guided Vipassana (insight) meditation designed predominantly for beginners with plenty of guidance. Starts with Anapana (breath awareness) to establish awareness, followed by a guided part-by-part body scan focussing on the changing nature of the physical sensations within the body.

Practice everyday, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening, to experience observable and lasting changes in your life. Enjoy!

People teach your kids young. Save them from getting into anxiety depression stress etc. prevention is 1000 times better than cure. Get them into mindfulness/Vipassana early. Peace and love from India 🇮🇳❤️

I have never done Vipassana meditation before. I am of the firm belief that when you are ready to receive, the teacher will appear. I did the 30 minute session today and felt a heavy wet constricting blanket of doom lifted from my mind and body. Thank you for allowing me to feel me with the softness of your voice, the insightful experience into my body and the overall sense of joy in “feeling me “

I've been doing non guided Vipassana meditation from Vipassana meditation channel. I Will start this one from today since i think there are sumthings I'm not doing it quite right 👍 thanks sir!

I didn't think I would enjoy a Vipassana meditation without Goenkaji's voice, but you've created something very special here! Thank you very much! 🙏🏻❤️ Your voice is so soothing and your guidance is beautifully done. I'll still do my full hour in the mornings using Goenkaji's recordings, but I think yours will be just perfect for shorter sessions in the afternoons or evenings. I kind of missed hearing Goenkaji's chants, and saying "anicca" and "no new sankharas", but hey, it's a great opportunity to practice equanimity and to give up attachments! 😉

I have never heard of this type of mediation before. I was reading an article and this type was mentioned and I thought, who what!?!?! I'm going to be making this part of my daily routine. So glad I found this!!

Can't ever thank you enough. I've been having sleep related issues for as long as I can remember. As a result, i would suffer anxiety with lots of monkey chatter . This would happen from time to time and would take a while for me to get out of it. Since I have been made aware of the meditation 🧘‍♀️ my life has changed . My sleep has improved immensely, and in turn my mind more at peace and far calmer . I almost don't recognise myself!! it has also taught me how to overcome fears and how to manage my thinking.
Your voice is so calming. Your work so effective with almost immediate results.i practice your meditation daily or when I wish to TREAT myself.
SO THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE!!!
