A simple and effective guided Vipassana (insight) meditation designed predominantly for beginners with plenty of guidance. Starts with Anapana (breath awareness) to establish awareness, followed by a guided part-by-part body scan focussing on the changing nature of the physical sensations within the body.

Practice everyday, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening, to experience observable and lasting changes in your life. Enjoy!

I’m arguably the most ardent follower of this video… following this everyday since jan 2021 (~3 years).. now going even 3 to 4 times a day… it has been the spiritual force that pulled me out of adversity and helped me being competent in my job and studies.. most importantly, finding inner consciousness and real meaning of transcendental peace.. I was doing this meditation for a few months while I was on meds and using canabis. I decided to quit the substances and my mind fell apart. Obsessive thoughts rushed back in and I wasn't able to cope. Checked myself into therapy and I'm back working to get my mind to quiet again in a cleaner way. Thank you for providing this for us. ❤ may all being live in peace.

I've been in the path of my self renpvation through study of anxiety and meditation, specially mindfulness. I must thank you in particular because with your vipassana meditations finally I'm getting into that uncomfortable space of myself throug the body scan and throug the inner observation of my mind, breath and body sensations. Little by little, I'm getting to know myself again. Thank you for being part of the process (english is not my first language ;-))

I've been struggling to find a meditation voice I liked since my yoga and meditation instructor left to another country. Your voice hits the spot and I get to feel the same effects as I did with him :). It's funny how much the voice that guides you matters, it can be very distracting to me if it's not right.
