When I was lad, I ate four dozen eggs every morning to help me get large. Now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs and I'm roughly the size of a barge!

My grandmother ate 2 eggs for breakfast every day and she lived to 102 years old and was pretty with it until she was maybe 100  she had no major health problems at all.  She was amazing.

throughout all my childhood, i craved eggs EVERY morning. i literally felt like my brain felt better when i ate them, and nothing else could compare. i had to stop eating them because i may have an allergy to them now (most likely don't but we're trying stuff) so i can't eat them, but now i find avacado gives me a similar feeling too. must be the fats.

I started eating 2 eggs almost everyday it’s been 2 or 3 wks only and I feel a difference. My skin feels tighter, I feel my butt grew a bit more with no exercise and my waist smaller. Actually I lost 32 lbs in 4 months and got that bulk six pack body . 2 eggs plus egg white for breakfast, 3 other meals in the day healthy that my mom made (I don't care what I eat as long as it is healthy ) I got that body I wanted . The key is patience

Personal story: I ate 2, sometimes 3 eggs everyday for breakfast for about 8 months. Between That, reduced carbs and exercise, I lost about 30 lbs. Went from 215 to about 170, 180 ish

Totally true, I lost 5 kgs in 8 days now and I am not huge. Over weight by 10 kg only. I am half way now and thanks to the egg diet "though I couldn't stand it" but I mixed high protein diet with less carbs and more fiber. I recommend it to everyone one. Just start with 2 eggs at the morning, then 3 hours later an apple or any fruit, then lunch chick grilled breasts or fish with veggies. After 2 to 3 hours again another green or whole grains to keep you full with too much fibers. And before sleep just a salad without dressing.
Cut the sugar at all, use 1tbs of honey daily as max because it's 80% sugar yet healthier. And yeah reduce the salt till max and use instead lemons and vinegar as acid burns fats.
For drinks avoid juices, stick to water, coffee and green tea without sugar.
