At age 24 I took a wellness class at college and the instructor was a doctor. He said you should not eat more than 7 eggs per week. He then told us we would all have our choletserol checked during the class. After our results came back he told me my LDL was low and my HDL was high which were very good results. I then told him i have eaten 3 eggs for breakast daily for over 5 years. You should have seen the look on his face, my results crushed everything he was teaching the class. There are many other foods that are much more unhealty than eggs. My understanding is choleterol is not the cause or artery clotting, it actually trys to fix issues with artery deases by clotting thin walled or ruptured arteries. So it is not the true cause of artery issues.
The discussions about choleterol have been talked about for years and they continue to argue whether cholesterol is good or bad.

Been eating 3-4 eggs for breakfast almost every day for over 10 years. I started that after my Dr. was concerned about my HDL and LDL and after I did a lot of reading about what affects those. I added eggs, cut out refined food and added a lot of vegetables. My cholesterol numbers improved dramatically. My weight has been stable over that time, and indeed eggs are very satisfying for breakfast

I guess videos like this are meant for people who still think eggs can be bad for you, because I have been eating 6 eggs every morning for years, following old school bodybuilding diet. My blood work is done every 6 months and it is always perfect. I am 51 yr. Old by the way.

About fifteen years ago a fella who used to be a medic in the Vietnam war came into get his daily eggs and sometimes bacon.He explained everything to me you just talked about Thomas. I still eat five eggs every morning still sometimes a meat. What your saying is true.

Everything you have talked about in this video I have experienced in the last 5 months. I eat eggs 4 or 5 mornings each week with a grass fed beef patty. I don’t snack between meals period. But I also don’t have any sugar (fruit the exception). I have felt all the effects Thomas is mentioning with the largest impact being cognitive function. I enjoy my food more and I get told my skin looks so much healthier now. Great content Thomas. Look forward to more.

I eat 4-5 eggs for breakfast everyday. Usually with four strips of bacon or ground beef. Then I throw a bunch of raw cheese in it and raw butter on top of it with some hot sauce. I do this every day.

I tried to go vegan and only lasted about three weeks. I would have a big fruit smoothie with spinach in it every morning. About an hour and half later I would get the shakes and crash and then I would be hungry. Once I realized that not eating meat was making me feel terrible I gave up and I made eggs and bacon. I cannot believe how good I felt after three weeks!!!! I felt satiated and full until the afternoon. People need to pay attention to how food makes you feel on an individual basis and be open to change in my opinion.
