Hallo Dr.Anshul Gupta, saying very informative, important for our health. I am 77 years old woman, Bengali Indian background, every morning I eat two 🥚 eggs five days in a week, eggs in any form my most favourite food since my childhood till now. I have 👁️ disease, Glaucoma which inherited from my father but still stable condition, using prescribed eye drops and diet. I have eaten eggs most days of my life and I am almost 70 years old, no real health issues, very active and healthy so, eggs are the best sources of protein in the world. Cholesterol is a good thing, not a bad thing.

In other words, what the good Doc is saying, don't consume cheap industrial raised chicken eggs but the cage free chicken eggs which are expensive but good for you in the long run !

This is a great information today’s doctors keeping telling not to eat.Ghee or butter is bad but never tell people not to consume potatoes rice white flour vegetable corn or other conloa oils or stop eating fried foods.please inform your opinions on this matter thanks

Thanks DR Gupta I actually used to eat a lot of eggs when I was youngster and we kept our own chickens plus until I retired I used to keep my own few chickens and the eggs are definitely so much better than the caged chicken eggs. These days I only buy guaranteed free range eggs and because I have lived a fairly gung-ho life I found myself with some liver damage which my specialist is treating me for and the eggs fit very well into the high protein and weight reduction diet he has told me to use. As a retired Registered Nurse I should have known better I suppose but am now much better after going on a very low carb/high protein diet. Your video has reinforced my determination to make myself follow the current healthy lifestyle.

Excellent Dr Gupta I wondered why growing up with an elder, whose breakfast was a boiled egg with lettuce daily. Indeed a must more regularly for me. I have a son who loves 2 eggs at a time, most of the week. God bless 🙌
