I started a new job weighing 230lbs. After 6 months Im at 218 because of my breakfast choices. I don't fry my eggs like I used to and I don't eat bologna sandwiches and hot dogs for breakfast anymore. Im in a size 16 medium from a 20 large. My big belly is a medium belly now.❤❤❤❤❤
