Coraline Other Mother Won Theory

Well if she won then where are the consequences? Given how good this film is at alluding to things, surely it would've better gotten the point across. Especially with the children ghosts going out of their way to warn Coraline of the second threat the beldam posed with her claw hand. Also with her eyes ripped out and her desperately claiming to be on the verge of death without Coraline, I sincerely doubt she won.

There’s a theory the cat works for the beldam, which means the cat tricked coraline and that’s why we see it teleport at the end, to tell us she is still in the other world

Many people also believe this theory because of a different reason. Coraline falls asleep in the other world dimension, but supposedly wakes up to the real world. Considering that the beldam can create any illusion, it could have created the illusion that Coraline was in the “real world.”

I believe the theory besides every time Coraline slept at the other world the more layers she made for the universe the more Coraline went through the tunnel the more layers that was created in the end she might've been in another layer she created. Besides the more she went through the deeper she went in.

But magic already existed in the real world at the film beginning prior to Coraline first stepping into the other world:
The Beldam rats jumping into the real world, the Doll having the ability to move by the Beldam but without any physical help, the strange key and the cat that knows a whole lot about the other world and can talk there being in the *real world* .
Some small magic can happen in the real world.

People think that coralline did not escape because of the gardens shape but it looked like that in the beginning of the movie as well and I think maybe not surely there will be coralline 2 in the future where the Beldam returns

She did not win because of the other world rules. Like how the garden was coralline and now it’s beldiam because it’s the opposite. And they HAVE to have buttons for eyes. The cat itself is just supernatural because it can talk and comprehend humans.

The Beldam clearly lost in the movie. However I believe this scene alludes to the fact she might not be beaten forever.

I have more evidence that she did escape first of all the cat cant talk in her real universe and it wasnt able to talk when she got through the tunnel plus the parents had said they were celebrating for getting their work done finally also in the end when the cat dissapears it was mentioned he could travel between the two worlds and also why would the other mother still be struggling to get coraline back to the other world. This theory is DEBUNKED

I don't see why the other mother couldn't put an illusion in the mirror in the real world. I mean her jumping mice are rats with altered forms and they keep that appearance in the real world, also the doll is able to move evidenced by it changing position when Coraline is looking for it
