Coraline Other Mother is a Spy Theory

The Other Mother didn’t buy Coraline the orange gloves. Her actual mother bought them and gave them to her as a gift when she left the room (after she was saved by Coraline).
Also, the Other mother cannot leave the portal. She used the doll she created and the rats as a spy to keep an eye out on the kids she selected but she herself cannot leave the fictional world she created.
The cat mentions this to Coraline in the movie when he talks.

I just assumed the other mother was the woman walking out...unless she did what she did to the other father and make minions but with human eyes....and her dad in the other world does warn her but she doesn't realise

Its actually beacuse the doll attaches to her soul and the other mother now see through her eyes

it just me or did this scene get deleted?!....cause honestly this is the first time I'm seeing this scene and I have watched Coraline a million times and I haven't seen this part in any of the scenes....
