Euro NCAP Crash Test of Bajaj Qute 2016

Euro NCAP has tested the Bajaj Qute in front and side impact at 50km/h to get a picture of the safety level of this heavy quadricycle. The vehicle performed very poorly and showed serious risks of life threatening injuries.

Perspective Guys, Perspective: This is safer than a Moped with a Family of 5 on it. It doesn't fall over in the Rain and in a City it's plenty enough Buffer against Rickshaws and Maruti Suzukis.
It's not gonna hold up to European Standards of Course, in order to be Cheap. This means that while it may not be as safe as it could be, it's gonna put double the Number of People off the Moped into a still safer Car.

Wow, better than i expected, i actually thought that all the structure would collapse and the driver would die crushed inside, that didn't happen though, in fact, the structure resisted very well the crash.

I honestly thought it would have been far worse, but I do think that an airbag is needed to make it even better.

"Fun" Fact: The indian versions of "proper" cars like VW Polo etc. also score 0 stars, because they get all the safety equipment (airbags, esp, sometimes even structural components etc.) removed to make them cheaper.
