Thank you very much for the 7-day program. I am in my mid-fifties and have not been very active in the past five years due to an operation. This program has motivated me so much that I completed the entire series in one day. I will continue to follow this program until I can move freely again. Finished with day 7! It's been hit or miss for me but I'm resolute to stay with it. I'm dealing with health issues and am a busy wife (of 54 years!), a granny Nanny to my 4 grandchildren and 1 great, with another on the way. Your style of exercise is what I've been looking for. And you both inspire me! I find myself laughing out loud at your banter. I even recommended your series to my doctor for her patients who want gentle exercise. I did the 7 day challenge over 2 weeks. I also did chair yoga and walking. It was so much fun to workout with you! And BONUS: my pain levels are lower. Thank you so, so much! I'm going to try your 15 min workouts next.
