The hip flexors are tight on soooo many people, but they don't need to be. I am sure that many of you have resorted to stretches and massages to try and relieve the achiness that you experience in the front of your hips. If this sounds like you, then it is probably time to strengthen them instead.
Utilize these movements once or twice a week to build strength in the hip flexors. I have a big feeling that doing this work will feel awesome for you after doing it for a couple of weeks. The first day... you might be pretty sore. So, start with one or two sets of these.
