I figured this out on my own and yes, it helps a lot.
Also, if you stretch enough by putting your hands on your right thigh and push yourself down into the stretch

Just a suggestion. I did all of your videos for my psoas/hip/groin/sciatica leg pain and none of it fixed my issue. What did was a simple back support was a simple brace : ‘ACE Brand Deluxe Back Stabilizer with Lumbar Support, Adjustable Brace ‘! I wore it for a few days and nights and my years of pain are over! 🎉

Yes please. I am using bolsters to create separation and open up lower back. I need relief especially around luteal phase (estrogen dominance).
