Hey just wanted to say thank you for this wonderful workout.
I will be 52 in January and I am literally 50 lbs overweight and have spine issues. I needed to start somewhere and I saw this video and did it this morning, and although I had some issues with fully completing some of the exercises….. I loved it and will continue to do this a few times a week. When I start getting stronger I will move on to one of your other amazing workouts!!! Again thank you. (My journey began today)

I haven’t worked out in 4 months am my first day back was today and this 30 min HIIT was great didn’t think I would finish it and with the stretches even better

love this workout. plenty of strength, great pacing. i am on vacation and i don't have a matt with me, the floor is hard, but i was still able to do this workout and give it 100 per cent

I see others are sharing their results in comments so here go… since sticking to Bully’s 15 min HIIT video and some additional at home stuff. As well as huge changes to my diet. I’ve gone from 240 lbs to 210! Thank you so much Bully for your time and work to share with us. God bless you and the family man.
