Welcome to your Day 3 Dedicate practice! Our 30 Days Of Yoga series continues - workshop style - setting you up for a strong, fulfilling sustainable home practice. Day 3 invites you to reside in the role of the observer. Stick with this practice and you will have everything you need to get to Day 30. Learn to be present with whatever comes your way.

Let me know how it goes in the comment section down below. Tomorrow's practice runs shorter and the pace picks up as we move along. The hardest part is showing up. You are doing great! Namaste.

Hi everyone! It's DAY 3 - OBSERVE! This workshop style session is full of GEMS for practice & life. Be patient. Use this time to practice breathing deep and dropping in. Your role is to reside with the breath and observe, no matter what. The practices pick up as we go along. So take advantage of this class time now. (And breathe!)

I love you Adriene, and how you teach yoga. You have helped me so much in my life, there aren't enough words to describe how much you've helped me. I have been doing yoga daily with you for, one year 361 days, and I feel so amazing. Amazing in my body that is so much more flexible, and forgiving then it used to be, and in my mind that I feel can cope, with the stresses of life a little better now. So a big thank you from me. I really loved this practice today, and I feel really good after doing it. "Learn to love yourself through the fall" made me unexpectedly choke up and cry. This year I am going to be softer with myself and offer love and support through my mistakes. I am human and this is wonderful. Thank you from Colorado Adriene- I really needed to hear this today.

So incredible to think that this series is 2 years old, and still on this particular day there are 11 people doing this yoga session exactly at the same time! How incredible to know there are always people somewhere around the world practicing together <3

TURN 💞 | November 8, 2024 | I always love coming back to Dedicate, my first 30 Days of Yoga experience with Adriene. The concept of the energy loop, flowing up the front and down the back, forever changed my posture. This practice is a beautiful one! 🙏

As someone who's sliiiightly more experienced in their yoga practice, and who also practices more intense workouts for cross-training, these first three days have been so weirdly challenging for me! Reminding myself to stay intentional, to breathe, to notice, and to find value in things being a little slower, having a little more ease...it's something I didn't know I needed. So different from the shaking and sweating that I've come to love, and equally beautiful. Thank you for the new perspective and the challenge!

I failed a lot today. I started with a bad attitude and was only noticing my belly fat, thinking about all the things I have to get done today, etc. My muscles were weak and I am simply very out of shape this winter. There were multiple times I had to go to child's pose or mountain pose for a break. It's easy to feel like a failure because of that. BUT I still went through to the end. In the past as soon as I'm unable to do a pose or 2, I quit the video and say "I'll try another day". But guess what? I don't come back the next day then.
It's important to remember that it's not about doing everything perfectly but what is an improvement for yourself. Even though I felt like I was "lazy and couldn't discipline myself enough to finish poses", I did stay to the end of the video, and my muscles are shaking which means I DID work hard. Don't compare yourself to others, your body is at a different place and you just might not be able to hold a pose at this point - that is NOT giving up. What's giving up is not showing up again tomorrow because of that. If you feel it in your muscles afterward, if you feel mentally clearer afterward, even if you still feel like crap but completed the video, you did not waste your time. You will come back tomorrow, and you will gradually improve. This is only the beginning, and like Adrienne says, the most important thing is to keep showing up.

Good morning yogi lovelies...This is New for me...Turn Day08:11:24✅😅😌What a beautiful gentle calming relaxing start to a foggy Misty Friday here in 1st attempt of a🌴Tree pose 33:04"Learn to love yourself thru the fall"...got it!👍🏾😭😭😌and i just had an outpouring emotional release there. Tysm💜Sweet Adriene💜.33:54😌😍.... beautiful music at the end got me filled with emotional gratitude😌🙏🏾....such a relaxing soothing feeling to enjoy yogi TURNERS. Have a wonderful practice all...Namaste☮️💜🙏🏾

I'm beginning to see the pieces of the puzzle fit together. Dang i've got a feeling this is gonna be intense. First discerning and recognizing then building a foundation and now is to observe to see what we're missing, and if there are still any negative thoughts lurking around. I feel the spiritual vibe in this practice and have already surrendered by cultivating a little ocean breath. Thanks for the fabulous practice. Way to go observers.
