Your Day 3 yoga practice invites you to accept and honor who you are and where you are each time you hit the yoga mat. You are going to meet resistance, perhaps you already have. So today, instead of turning off, away, or giving up - we not only accept where we are but practice honoring it.

Today's practice is alignment-based, detoxifying, strengthening, and therapeutic. We continue to learn our Revolution vocabulary! Honor this time for yourself, your body, your breath. Honor this commitment and your ritual of showing up.

I have to say, I love how you normalize where I am at. During one section I started to get shaky, and it made me a little sad because I have so far to go. And then you said, "you might feel shaky at this part, and that's okay!" And it brought me right back to being calm and content where I am at. So thank you! <3 <3

After 60+ days of YWA, my collie has figured out shivasana. She stands over me, curious, then lays down beside me and puts her nose on my chest and her paw in my hand. ❤️ Such a nice moment to end “our” practice. 🐶🥰

Never a dull moment. I'm doing my yoga with Adriene. School is cancelled due to weather. My two boys, 7 and 9, are watching voice overs on Jurassic World. Near the end of our yoga, I'm laying on the ground, lifting my leg and they both "attack" me. They start chewing on either side of my neck. I'm laughing wondering if this ever happened in a yoga class with a group of people. I ask them if they want to join me. They get up, make velociraptor noises, then run away. Life is great. Namaste.

I had joined karate two years ago with the intention of being a better person mentally and physically but after a year of classes I quit because my sensei was rude to me and my family and I wasn't getting what I wanted. A few months later I thought about doing yoga so I watched one of your videos for beginners and I achieved what I had wanted in 5 weeks of yoga than 1 year of karate. I was much more flexible, stronger and calmer. I've only been doing yoga and stuff since June, 2016 but I feel so much more alive and I'm happy with my body right now but I know that I can still be better so I will keep setting goals and achieving them. I thank you, Adriene for just about all of it ❤

So amazing! I am an absolutely beginner in Yoga but I notice after only this tree days that there is Yoga everywhere and in every movements. Even on the horse back I had this "Yoga feeling" this morning! I am so glad to be a part of this journey! Thank you Adriene!!!

Going through Revolution after finishing 30 Days of Yoga and Home series. Thank you, Adriene. In the future, I will probably remember this year's pandemic episode as the time when I did yoga with Adriene (almost) every day for three months straight (and counting) ! :).

Found this practice so hard today! Had to modify a lot. Managed to do 25 minutes though, so I'm definitely grateful for that. That's the last time I do it first thing in the morning without any food for energy and blood sugar!

I wasn't sure about hopping onto my mat today, because of a looming cold but i'm so so glad that i did! I honored where i'm at today and enjoyed the practice a lot.

Since New Years I've had a sore throat. This morning I woke up with a full blown head cold. Nothing like honouring where you're at today like practicing yoga with a cold. Yep, you can only breathe a certain way, can only hang in down dog for so long, and that's ok! So, I'm taking it as a perfect lesson. And now it can go away. Thanks Adriene
