By request, I'll start uploading some TikTok compilations onto YouTube. Not everyone has the TikTok app and some prefer to view it here.

The videos ARE in vertical. I apologize if this bothers you. All TikTok videos are viewed in vertical. If this video does well, I'd be happy to redo the premise by re-filming entirely.

However, YouTube should have immersive vertical view, so if you're on mobile, you should be able to view it in vertical without a problem. Simply hit full-screen and don't turn your phone.

The first video addresses hunched shoulders and underused mid-back muscles with the wall slide.

The second video aims to help fix the all-too-common "tech neck" and rounded shoulders.

The third video gives suggestions on dealing with anterior pelvic tilt! I also touch on the less-common posterior pelvic tilt.

The fourth video gives some stretches to keep our joints healthy and regenerating—very important to good posture!

The fifth video gives some stretches that serve to "warm up" our posture.

Hey everyone! This is a compilation of older videos. There are a few things I'd change and phrase differently, but I'll leave this up!

These are just the exercises that worked well for me. They may or may not be the fix to your problems. However, all of the main exercises represent movements and postures that I believe a healthy human should be able to do. So if you can't do them, it may still be worthwhile to build up.

If you have doubts or questions, feel free to ask your doctor, physical therapist, or other medical professional, before trying. When in doubt, there's no need to do it!

I love how he makes these videos short and crisp and sticks to the point.

1. Describes the problem
2. Presents the solution
3. Builds anticipation about obstacles you might face and presents a solution for them too
4. Constantly motivates you through the entire process

No long introduction and none of that story telling bs that you see in most of the content on Youtube.

Doing that first exercise was ALOT harder than it looked, the next day I was sore for the whole day. I guess those muscles really were weak and lazy... thanks man!

After a very bad back injury (was hit while stationary by a drunk driver going over 80 mph), and countless number of professionals, physical therapists, & doctors I wasn't able to get answers or help to rebuild my posture. I've started doing these exercises for a little over a week, and I cannot Thank you enough! I feel great, my posture is improving and I can finally standup straight without having to think about it.
