Seems like the audio got cut off at the end! The goal here in this position is to do a full, sighing exhale until you feel your side abs (obliques engage). Then pause, close your mouth and maintain a bit of that side ab tension as you inhale through your nose. You should feel your chest expand nicely. 2-3 sets of 5-10 breaths

Chin tucks were a disaster for me. It was causing so much strain & giving me tension headaches as I've had rounded shoulders & FHP. Have exercised my shoulders & blades to stay strong & back down. I've worked on my anterior pelvic hip tilt to get it neutral, improved my glutes to hold alignment. My knees & feet are stronger & I walk freely now. My neck is slowly coming back but I have to do a lot more head tilts backward looking at the ceiling while holding arms backwards to keep shoulders down.

I used to do that with my chin until I watched you .
I exercise with a Smartweighted hoop.
I try to keep good posture by standing tall .
Chin neutral not pushing my chin back . Hope this is correct.
Maybe a tutorial for that would be great ?

I am not sure, if the root cause is further down, at the hip and the forward tilted pelvis.

Yeah the expert who addressed my posture noticed this for me. She told me that it will feel weird for w while but i need to stick out and open up my chest. Basically lead with your boobs. It does feel weird but it also feels better and looks normal.

Not being able to breathe through my nose or swallow with head back or looking to the left is showing me that I'm out of alignment.

I very much appreciate this content and timing.

I'm laying on my back with the muscles running parallel to my spine very tense yet bringing the system into alignment is dissipated that tension, and I'm very grateful.

I know much easier one that works instantly;

Let your arms hang while standing upright and do slow, clean, forward and backward curls with them while remaining in the position you started out in.

(no leaning or anything. Just standing straight.)

Go as far as you can in each direction while curling.

Unless it hurts. Then visit a specialist and stop watching YouTube shorts.

I have rib flayer too ? And my left side of my neck is moved forward and my left traps are super active compared to right and my right side of shoulder is bend forward

Bro forward head posture has nothing to do with trying to breathe and everything to do with constantly being on phones. Where even are you right now?
