Really like this one!! I’m doing at 6 mo postpartum and it still difficult!! This is my favorite channel for workouts. I’ve been able to do most workouts with the modifications since I was cleared at 6 weeks

Amy - I really can’t thank you enough for your pre and post natal videos. I have so much fun working out with you. I stayed in shape throughout my pregnancy with youR prenatal TRX and kettlebell videos and rehabilitated my core with your postnatal core videos. I’m amazed at the progress I made from 5 weeks pp to current - 11 weeks pp.

im 11 weeks pp and this was my first workout since, its crazy how our bodies cant do what we used to be able to do, and this was a challenge with planks and i was doing 21 day fix extreme b4 pregnancy no problem, glad to have your videos to safley get back into fitness!

Amy, thank you so much for making these postnatal videos. I really enjoy your workouts because you show us how to find the right intensity level for our stage of recovery. Until I found your videos, I was trying to do the workouts I did before pregnancy and feeling completely defeated. Now with your videos, I feel the strength coming back to my core and I feel refreshed and encouraged at the end of my workout, which is so nice.
