I followed your pregnancy and postpartum workout videos throughout my pregnancy and recovery. I’m 3 month postpartum now and feel so good about myself both physically and mentally. It has become an essential part of my daily routine. I strongly recommended it to other new moms around me. Thank you Jessica!

Thank you for this video! After my first baby I was able to get back into shape easily. After my second baby and diastasis recti, it has been much more difficult to heal and get back into workouts safely. Thank you. You are appreciated!

Hi
Just keeping an eye on your channel. I have baby no.2 on the way and want to try and get a more consistent postpartum routine than I did after no.1. Your channel appears very informative and inspiring x.

Jess, thank you for your amazing content! Your pelvic floor exercises have helped me feel so much more confident and strong. I’m excited to be able to use your videos for my next pregnancy! I was pretty sick after my first pregnancy which resulted in a lot of unwanted weight loss. Due to this I have held off on working out for fear of losing more weight, however, I really need to get stronger and put on some muscle mass- I was wondering what videos you would recommend following to help build muscle without contributing to more fat loss? (I’m 18 mo pp and have healed my diastisis in great part to you!❤)

First time doing any sort of exercise after giving birth on the 27th of Dec 2022, it was challenging even though I was an active person. . I'm definitely going to need motivation but I'm proud of myself for starting
