I am 7 weeks postpartum (C-section) and just got the clearance from my doctor to resume working out. I used to do cardio and resistance training pre-pregnancy, so I really missed working out. I'm 7 years postpartum and I still have an inch apart in my belly. I've healed the rest of my Diastasi except this part. I'm trying out your workouts. I'm glad to find your channel that combines that sensitivity to those of us who can do plates and do it right because we have Diastasi. I wish I have found your channel sooner!
