Dear Super Woman! Nobody ever motivated me to workout as much as you do. With your Monthly plan, soothing voice and great workouts I am being consistent every day. I am 7kg over my pre pregnancy weight 3 months postpartum but I did not workout before so I am feeling better now even though I dont look as good as before :) but slowly I hope so.. Greetings from Germany for all Moms here and sorry for spelling mistakes.

I'm 3, 5 months postpartum and until now I did not do anything with my body and felt bad about it... I was doing yoga for many years and I'm a very active person but now....priorities switched...yesterday I received your July challenge email and it inspired me to go back on track and feel good about myself again.
