I love your videos Jessica! But honestly I prefer when you explain the exercises and tell us when to inhale and exhale 😅. Also, I prefer when I can hear the clock ticking close to the 45’ mark. Can you make more postpartum 30min videos? Thank you 😊

Did someone complain that you shouldn’t talk so much, or something? Because I love having you explain each exercise, talk us through it, and the chimes telling me the time has started or stopped. I have pretty limited space in front of my tv, so I can’t always look at the screen during each exercise.

I'm 3 weeks PP, and this was my first workout, other than light walks around the block. It felt so good, it was a challenge but not too hard to complete. Thank you :)
