Great advice … the only thing is people don’t really track calories so they are not aware of what they eat… what worked for me is to not cut first but just learn to track and became aware of what I was eating as a side effect

I eat 10, 000 calories per day 500 grams protein plus supplements bench press 700 pounds stand 6'5" 325 pounds.

What I do is I just split up and eat the same amount of food just in multiple more meals, I have like 6 or 7 meals a day I do this to let my stomach shrink

If you wanna lose fat, Make sure to:

- Get Enough Protein (1g of proteon per 1lb of bodyweight of yours)

- 10, 000 steps per day (You would lose a lot of weight from it)

- Eat a lot but check the calories of the food, you can have foods that make you full while also having low calories.

- Drink water before eating to make you full before your meal or snack.

But I can do this even on my rib cage area but you can still see my ribs, I can pull my skin anywhere on my body but I can’t touch my other finger..
I also have extremely thick skin

I suffered an injury and I can’t work out for a while. I need to lose fat, not weight. I’m on the correct weight now but I have fat. How can I lose that fat and keep in shape if I’m not able to work out. The only thing I can do is walk for a short amount of time. Please help me! I’m 5’10 175 pounds. Eating 1900 calories per day. 187g of protein, 121g of carbs and 79g of fat. I have aprox 25 to 30% body fat.
