They may even track their macros, walk more, and do weight training but barely see any results. And if they manage to lose some weight and maybe even dip below 20% body fat, they quickly regain it. So the question is, how do you lose body fat and actually keep it off?
In this video, I share the most common signs of failure I see with those who struggle to lose body fat and what you need to avoid. If your goal is to get down to 12% body fat or 10% body fat, take this information seriously and make sure you adjust your plan accordingly. Remember, one of the key traits of those who successfully get lean is that they’re not just open to learning. They are quick to implement what they learn.
