The dynamic stretches are great for anytime (before, after a workout, or on it's own). The static stretches should be saved for after a workout or on their own (but not cold).

I told myself I was going to start stretching. There’s no bigger or clearer sign than this. TY Patty for sharing your stretching expertise 🙏🏽

This may not satisfy the silly comment craving. But I've put on more weight than I care to have somewhat recently, and have been trying to get back into stretching and getting back some mobility/reduce pain in my joints. It's been disheartening because i haven't found anything that I like to do, that's captivating enough for me to stick to but is challenging and helpful enough for my body to feel anything besides discomfort. This routine helped me so much. There's one or two things I couldn't quite do, but as I do these every single day (my new goal), I know I'll quickly work up to doing them all and more. Thanks so much patty for posting this, I really think you just helped me unlock my fitness journey ❤️

I’m a massive man, 6’6” 400+lbs and without these stretching videos I’d probably be completely immobile. Thank you very much for making so many of these.

Fitness content can be so serious and dull, but Patty’s videos are so hilarious, entertaining and I always learn something

Hey Lean Beef! Thankyou much for your videos. I have chronic back and neck pain, used to lift a lot and got an injury that opened up pandoras box on my neck. Your stretching videos are life saving! Thankyou eternally. Plus you are hilarious but soooo serious! Keep helping us!

According to a story, Hulk and Patty had an arm wrestle and the loser would be painted green.

It's awesome seeing big fitness youtubers doing traditional workout guides/tutorials in 2024 instead of the usual influencer/vlog type content. It will help many by reaching a big audience but also because fans and people that know you are more likely to trust your advice and do it with confidence.

Patty’s body awareness is 10/10. A true student of the game. 💜💪

I started boxing and sometimes I feel like my body isn’t flexible enough to do stuff I imagine in my mind and feel like I should be able to do. I didn’t finish watching the video but I have high hopes and think it’s something that can help me with my problems and help me advance on my path. Thanks Patty 🤝

My word means nothing to strangers. But for myself, I promise, I will do this routine every morning. At least on weekdays.

After 14 hr workdays, i come home and do this after a joint. Really saves my body and mind for work the next day. With so much bodybuilding content that is all helpful, but having access to something like this after a long day is blessed. Thanks Pattythebaddie.

That's helpful patty and I will add this stretching routine in my training program. Thank you so much for sharing it. An year ago I started watching your content and I learned a lot from you. Ur the only one who encouraged me to lift weights and to do several other fitness activities. You are the most humble person I've ever seen mam. When I asked u to check my dm u immediately replied to me and even appreciated me for the sketch I made for u. I still cannot believe it. I don't know how should I thank you. Patricia mam u have inspired and motivated me a lot which made me feel confident and in this journey I've progressed a lot just bc of u. An year ago I used to deadlift around 295 but now I can pull 450. Once again thank you so much for being kind with me and replying to me bc it makes me feel extremely happy, I cannot express that feeling in words. PATTY YOUR THE BEST. Take care and have a great day 🤝🤝🤝💪💪🙏

Thisknee. I just started working with a personal trainer - I got tired of losing who I used to be. I want to go back to being more. Some of the stretches he's shown me are literally life changing. As basic as thread the needle is, it's awesome. I'll be saving this video for help.

I was looking for a better stretching routine than I’ve been doing pre-workout. This is great!

Youre an Angel 😇, basically every other channels has neglected this aspect. This is will get me back in the stretching game and hopefully many other folks and we can all prevent quite a lot of injury and misery. You are just awesome Patty.
The pike is rly tough, its the same deal for me adductors stretch for miles but the hamstrings like to rly get tight.
Ballistic stretching has definitely made my right hamstring more flexible than the other just because I always practise my turning kick with that leg.

I have a hard time stretching on my own and doing yoga or following videos online is usually mixed with new agey spiritual stuff or life advice which isn't really my thing or what I'm looking for, I just want to stretch.
This was not that! You made it very fun, down to earth, funny and I feel good and loose.

Please make more of these.

Stretching feels amazing. It's like a bubble bath for your muscles and circulatory system.

30 minutes flew by. This was also very beginner friendly. Even though the pancake humbled me as I was stuck pretty much vertically and my foot started cramping during the groin rocks, I almost snapped in half laughing my ass off in the frog pose during the explanation. You made it super fun. Will definitely be returning to this after every workout. Thanks Patty.
