Hey Guys, Use the Rowing machine to train your abs ( Six packs) and see great results. You can perform this exercises at home or at the gym, all you need is the Smith machine. The key here is to perform all 3 exercises at once without taking a break, after the set you can take a short break. This exercise is both for beginners and professionals. The routine is designed to hit your whole abdominal muscle (Upper Abs, Lower Abs, Obliques).

Workout Routine:

Exercise 1: Straight Legs In & Out wards ( 15 Reps, 5 Sets)

Exercise 2: Abs Rollout ( 15 Reps, 5 Sets)

Exercise 3: Side To Side Obliques Crunch ( 15 Reps, 5 Sets)
