Guided Mindfulness Meditation on Embracing Happiness and Contentment

This meditation is a guide to finding happiness by understanding how living in the present moment can bring us deep and lasting contentment. This practice can reduce stress, calm anxiety, and improve sleep. If we open ourselves to being available for each passing moment and maximizing contentment in what we call the here and now, we also open ourselves to the acceptance of happiness and lasting joy.

The guided portion of the meditation is about 14 minutes and then continues with calming ambient music for a total of 20 minutes. As a tip: Turn off your autoplay slider if you would like the video playback to stop at the end of the 20 minute session.

Embracing Happiness is the one meditation that could have been prescribed for me! it is simply wonderful and has made my life bearable having at the age of ninety outlived all my family and most of my friends too!

You're my "go to" when my mind is too much for me. I always feel better as I do now. It was the struggle with my own mind I needed to calm- not the outside circumstances. All the beauty and gentleness enveloped me while listening. A big thank you.

Lol - who are you?
I have been on a mindfulness peace journey for about 9 yrs now. I have my set peps on YouTube - who have helped me along the way on this unbelievable inspirational journey of mine.
I have come such a way from the very beginning.
I must tell you!!!! U have a voice- along with an energy that soothes me. No matter what time of day or mood im in- you have a way of calming me…..
I find that “mindful peaceful space within my own space- - not many have I practiced with- have gotten me into a space of complete meditative state!
