I ve been doing this meditation for about 2 months now almost every day and I feel like my life has improved a lot. I feel happier, but just because I’m more accepting of myself and I trust the universe more. This is such a good meditation in my opinion, and it made me gain a different perspective on life and on what happiness means. At the beginning, I was just listening to it but as time passed, I have to say that I really started feeling it and it makes me smile every time i listen to it. This is my favourite guided meditation! Good job!

I've never felt like that in a mediation, where your body just feels heavy and light and calm. I didn't twitch at all. When I was done with the meditation, I felt as if I had got a day of wonderful sleep! I feel happy too. Thanks for making this 😊

This meditation is a favorite of mine. Love, peace, contentment, joy&the here and now are the seeds I plant in my heart . These seeds have been growing and I do find much calm with all your meditations. This of course has only been the beginning of total fulfillment. One must be consistent and work on mindfulness . This meditation is like my rescue inhaler. When I feel like I’m drowning this is my lungs finally being released to come up for air. Thank you so much for this. Wish you and all those on this thread nothing but healing, light, acceptance, and love. You’re brave. And you’re never alone. Namaste. 🙏🤍

For the first time I was able to completely quiet my mind. This meditation had me so relaxed and calm that I almost fell asleep. Amazing! It felt like I wasn't even sitting in my chair. That I was floating. Thank you!

What a beautiful blessing to find this new meditation this morning. Just hearing your voice brings such peace, not unlike hypnosis therapy. I fall asleep with you every night and wake ready to face whatever life throws at me. This new meditation is beautiful, peaceful, calming and I know now I cannot get through a day without you.
