Welcome to Day 29! The second to last day of your challenge! How has is it been? I hope you have all enjoyed yourselves as much as me.
Make sure you are all taking your final photos today or tomorrow, and you are emailing them to me on the below email.
For today's workout, you are doing my favourite: abs! Most specifically, a workout aimed at giving you those 11 line abs. These exercises focus on giving you that 11 abs definition on your stomach, and will tone your entire core.

This was a very good stomach workout but for a top score, I would prefer not to have too many exercises in a row where you have to hold your head off the ground. It puts a lot of strain in the neck so maybe switch up the order of the exercises could make it a perfect circuit. Love from Sweden.

I would have to say that all of the move were my favorite.I am going to continue these workouts next month, hopefully I can do it every day.Thank you for doing these workouts.

I had someone Like my comment on this one today si decided to repeat it two times straight, adding fast, extra crunches to get a good hard-ish abs circuit for 14 minutes. Loved it. Hope you are well and happy, Holly. xx

This was my all time favourite. Amazing moves I felt every each one of them but did not feel like I can't make it through. Thank you! I think side plank and 90 degree crunch were my favourites

This felt relatively easier or better say it got easier. Thanks, Holly! I'll miss your workouts. I'm thinking about joining the pink dragon group for that consistency that you so rightly keep telling us avout.

I went in quarantine time to my family back home in Germany and showed my sisters your workout videos wich I love, so we made a challenge that each of us has to do at least one video per day of the once you uploaded so far. I love the structure of your Videos. The countdown Sound so I know this exercise is almost over and the small preview Video to see wich movement is coming next and especially the breaks in between 🤣 I never had so much fun doing workout and feel like I am having you as my personal trainer at home. Keep up the great work 👍🏼😊

Nice abs workout. I did it twice because I goofed it up and did only one side on all of the exercises where we were to switch sides, so did the second side the second time through. Didn’t 'mind doing it twice at all as abs workouts are my favourites. Thanks for another fun workout, Holly!
