This is a wall pilates ab workout for beginners. It is approximately 15 min Pilates and strength workout. This workout contains wall pilates exercises, including wall pilates workout for abs. This workout is a suitable as a wall pilates workout for pelvic floor. This workout contains wall pilates workout lower abs exercises. This is a wall pilates workout no equipment required which is also great if you are looking for a hotel workout no equipment needed. This contains exercises that are great for athletes, and would be a complementary pilates workout for cross training.

This is like physical therapy and a workout in one. My back feels amazing ! Never have done anything quite like this and I tried a lot of different workouts. Love it and thank you so much for these free workouts Rachel!!

Number 9 in the books! I loved the challenges in this workout. The table to extension to open at the end was tough, but I really like that one. Thank you!

a slightly shorter workout, but AWESOME! I feel wore out in a great way! I was actually able to do the routine properly. I'm definitely feeling and achieving more flexibility as I progress through your program.

today I did day 8 and 9 as I know, I´m not gonna be able do to a workout tomorrow and I feel really good. I'm already starting to feel and see slight changes in my legs. I also feel so comfortable with you that skipping a workout, for me, is not an option (except I´m not feeling well of course. I think it's important to say that if we don't feel good and have pain, workout is then not helpful which you also said.) I also believe, I talk for all of us, if I say I'm very grateful for the work you do with the videos🥰

Day 9 done 55 yo lady finding her abs after these challenges they don't show yet lol but I feel them in there and they are stronger...I will admit I'm slower but really trying to focus on doing the exercises correctly feeling them where I'm supposed to instead of flailing around trying to keep up lol.. one yay for me today was up for all 30 sec! No breaks this is a huge improvement for me! After some humbling ab workouts I needed a little win and although small that was it! See you tomorrow! 💪❤
