20-minute kickboxing workout taught by kickboxing fighter & FightCamp Trainer Aaron Swenson. You can do this workout at home with or without a punching bag. If you don't have a heavy bag, you can shadowbox following along to the workout.

In this workout, you will be doing the following basic boxing punches and kickboxing kicks including jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook, lead uppercut, and rear uppercut and lead kick and rear kick.

I’m training for Gaza we have to be strong and fit as moslims I’m a mother of 5 and I will do anything to protect my kids every time I get tiered I thing about the unfair treatment of the Palestinians and I find strength again thank you for putting your training on line 💪🏻

The lesson was too easy for me but I really enjoyed letting it play in the background so I could listen to this while doing my own combinations to give me more energy. <3

I’m in commuefornia where everything is still ridiculous, my boxing class has been closed for over a year and opening dates keep getting extended, this is a GREAT FILL IN! Thank you!!!!

Thank you for a short, but sweet workout. I really like how this progressed, first with simple moves, and second, by building upon the moves into 'rounds'.

As a novice, I really appreciated the simplicity, easy to follow pace & getting the heart rate up in a compressed amount of time.
