I’m 14 years old, quite young but I have got to say this video is out of this world!!! Despite making me exhausted and wanting to scream at times (especially in the leg sessions), all the trainers really help me get away from it all and just ‘explode’. Thank you very much.

The most killer part of this whole workout was the leg session for me. Lunge pulses + kick had me so behind . But it was my first lesmills workout, didn’t even pay attention to time! Great.

I did it for 20 minutes yesterday, and I'll do it again today. I won't be able to accomplish much more for a while, but I will. To be honest, I've never seen anything like it in my life; I'm speechless. I'm not sure how to explain it, but what I can say now is that it's like having a family that doesn't judge you but supports you unconditionally. I adore that lady in the black outfit; she's the reason I clicked on this video. I want to express my gratitude to all of the professors who are on stage and off stage for instilling in me a spirit I never had before and wish I had known a long time ago.

Just to give you an update, I've been doing this on and off for the past 5 months, and I'd want to thank Rachael and her crew for everything! Keep up the wonderful job, you guys! 💖

I love and enjoy combat workouts. I get pumped out and always looking forward to combat. It's a high cardio which I know I can keep fit and sweat a lot. The higher the workout. The fitter I am. The combat teachers are fit and always pushed us to our limit. The techniques are also helpful in doing any fitness correctly so careful from injuries. So thank you. I think Combat is callings for me! Lol

It's like dancing!! This is so great!! The beats are great!! Ever since LMC I loved these two!! But this program says it all!!! All of it!! I've done all these videos about 5 times each already and I feel stronger and faster than I have in years. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness workout change.

I attempted to finish the whole video. Though I got out of breath several times even thought about giving up, I didn't. I crushed it in 45 minutes and burned roughly 450kcal. My HR was up to 178bpm. Thanks Les Mills for such amazing work.

I came across this video during the pandemic and have returned since then because I believe is the best and complete bodycombat workout I've ever done. Also, I couldn't do the full 45-minute video because it was too intense for me, however, over time and consistency, I am happy to say that I can do it all at once! 💪🏼Thank you, guys!

I've finally found fun in exercise. It's been a week of doing these body combat workouts and it has brought out a side of me I never thought I had before, body and mind strength. I've finally found what works for me exercise wise. Thanks Les mills. Nice job guys!

I taught kickboxing and fitness boxing (with bags and pads) for 25 years. Whenever I look at kickboxing sites on youtube, the cueing is usually awful and the explanation of body placement and alignment is non-existent. You are all excellent in motivation, combinations, technique and explanations!!! Thanks!! it's so nice not to have to think for myself and follow an kick ass routine.

Thank you Les Mills! I did this workout yesterday + jump rope and this morning thought my legs were gonna drop off 😂, this lady was sore. I had to get mentally prepared to do Les Mills Grit this evening. My mantra: focus…discipline…physical pain won’t reign. It got done. With your workouts you don’t mess, all in every time. 👍🏾
