If you workout your neck make sure to do atleast one neck mobility excercises. Combining strong and mobile neck, you will reduce injures and increase posture and be able to absorb head strikes better and reduce chanced of ko's and concussions.

Could i get away with only doing neck curls and shrugs? Or could that make my neck look unbalanced?

I do neck curls and extensions for 3 sets each 2x a week on pull day, is this enough for a big and strong neck?

how many sets & reps? ive been doing neck curls 20x5 (4days /week) haven't seen a growth, its been 2 weeks
