EXTREME INNER THIGHS Workout

Today we attack and sculpt your thighs in my new EXTREME THIGHS workout! Beware - thighs AND abs will be tortured. And you will like it because you're going to see the definition and tone you want. I suggest you use a POP Pilates Power Ring in this routine, but if you don't have one you can use a mini ball or nothing at all (for starters). Have fun and good luck!!

So glad I switched Christmas with today. I got the stretchy bands and the power ring from my boyfriend so I can do all of these today!! KILLER! Definitely more effective with the ring!

I am going to bed now (it is still Sunday here), but I am SOOO excited to do this tomorrow!  I just got my Power Pack around two weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it!!  Thank you for all that you do, Cassey!!

I really want a mega leg lift video with all the leg lifts that target different things in one place - obliques, inner thighs, outer thighs, overall toning!! Youre the best Cassey!

I just got my power ring a few weeks back and you have, hands down, the best exercises using the power ring. Your use of the power ring is not run of the mill and extremely challenging. I love it! Could you make a few vids using the power ring for the arms? Keep up the good work! I love all your vids but the ones using the power ring are quickly becoming my favorites!

Hey Casey, I've been going down the line of your videos every morning for a great work out. I'd love to say thank you for sharing these videos with us, I don't think you understand how much my self confidence has gone up because of you. I just finished up with the Stretches for Chilling Out and I'd love to see more videos like that one. Your yoga felt amazing and I think it'd be best to get some stretches in before your intense workouts :p Again thank you so much for dedicating your time and passion to putting all of your followers on the road to a more beautiful body, mind, and soul :)

I'd love to see more power rings workouts!!  Also how often do you recommend doing this one?  Is it safe for every day along with your other power ring work outs?  Any advice on would be greatly appreciated :D

So..just finished my oatmeal with raspberries, and it's perfect time to do this :D (my butt hurts from yesterday's Booty blast xD), I don't have Power ring or even ball, but I'm gonna use the ball (or balloon) we use to play in a swimming pool hahaha xD I hope it will work :D Love it! ♥
