Update from 2 weeks ago. I have been doing the full video twice a week. I was still sore, but I could get out of bed and didn't feel like I needed medical attention. My body finally started changing! My legs, glutes and hips are shaping up, getting toned, and I have some extra room in my pants. My daughter even commented this week and told me I looked slimmer! It's working!! Wooohooo.. Plus, I also incorporated two days of speed walking. Im very thankful for this video. God knows I can't afford the gym right now. Blessings to you all. Ill keep you posted with my progress. ❤😊

Five months later, I have to admit, after the first workout, I was afraid to try it again. I'm hoping and praying I don't suffer after my second attempt! I could barely walk a day or so later after the first attempt, and my daughter was so concerned thinking I needed to go see a Dr or something. I could barely sit down on my sofa, chair, toilet;etc. Yes, I over did it! I will try it once a week for 15 minutes in addition to walking and see how it goes. Ill keep you all posted! 😂❤

I'm very impressed with this video! I started doing this workout yesterday and felt the burn throughout my thighs since it was very intense, today is day 2 for me and I woke this morning with my muscles sore so I knew it was working so these exercises are very effective. Keep up the great videos!!!

6 mins in and I can barely stand. I haven't worked out in 7 years I'm so out of shape I can barely breathe. I'll keep trying 🙏❤️

After 6 days of doing this, i can see muscless on my legs that ive never seen before ;] therefore lost 1cm around my tights so yeah it works ^^

I’m starting this today.
I hate my inner thighs, I’ve lost 10 pds by changing my eating habits and want to do more by exercising
w/o equipment.

Ok I am starting today
My weight:53
Belly:82 cm
Thighs :both 62 & 63
I am gonna do it everyday from now for 1 month with dieting so let we see my results

For the first time after doing the excercise for 7min the legs were under so much pressure, heat.
Which means that the excercise is working effectively.thanks,
gonna do this until a sufficient satisfaction.

Thanks for this exercise, my outer and inner thighs are my insecurities. So glad I came after this exercise. I did the 37 minutes on day 1 &2, look forward to tomorrow.
