He guys! This was another requested workout! Just a disclaimer that not everyone can get an actual thigh gap, sometimes it's genetics, but these workouts can help at least slim down inner thighs. I by no means have a thigh gap, but my legs have definitely gotten smaller.

I saw this and I thought: "I love my thighs. I am not adding another insecurity to the list."
I really hope everyone working out here is doing it for themselves. Not because magazines and internet says having an absurd thigh gap is beautiful.

Imma do this for a week and see if I'll continue.

*Day1* ✔ My legs were shaking
Please like this because I'm gonna forget and I'm on a keto diet for whoever cares.

*Day2* ✔ Done, my legs were burning. I did it almost two times today. I was actually doing it rn, when I got a notification. The second time I did everything 15 times instead, because I'm also doing other workouts. Idk but I feel like my legs already look slimmer and I'm not sore but I rarely get sore. I'll kep you all updated.

*Day3* Done, it was so hard. I hate this why am I doing this?

*Day4* Done, I'm still asking myself why I'm doing this

*Day5* Done, two days to go!!!

*Day6* Done, nah man this was too hard I still did it, but took some unnecessary breaks but it felt so hard today because I worked out before. I just started the 28 day chloeting flat tummy challenge and I felt kinda dead doing it. I didn't do the squat with leg raises, I just did 30 normal squats. Please keep reminding me, I won't forget to workout, I'll forget to update.

*Day7* Done. I think I'll do it one more week. I can see tiny gap forming at the _veeeerryyyy_ top of my legs so yeaaaah

*UPDATE:* Im not dead babies!! I actually continued on like day 9 and went on for a few days but I added another leg workout and noticed my legs actually getting a bit bulkier on the side, which made my hips look wider. Ig I kinda liked that but I still wanted a thigh gap.

Overall the exercise was hard but only worked for a week for me, after that my legs started bulking up.

That doesn't mean that the same will happen to you so stop being LAZY and get your own result baby! You can do it!!!

Hey y'all, this is an honest comment. I started at 24th April. I don't want to say my weight because i don't feel comfortable saying it. My waist was between 29 and 30 inches when i first started. I've been doing Rosie's whole schedule (except from her diet because i've made my own) for 6 weeks straight. I've been struggling for 3 years with my weight, on/off. I finally realized that, if i want to lose weight and look toned, i have to push myself. I haven't had any cheat days since i first started. My waist was 29-30 inches, now it's at 27, 5 inches. I never thought these workouts would boost my weight loss, but it really did. Doing these intense workouts make me feel strong and motivate me even more. I feel more confident and im wearing my old clothes again. Love you Rosie

So basically I’ve been doing this workout for about 2-3 weeks !
I definitely have seen results, I’m not saying I have a thigh gap !
My thighs have become much more smaller, my thighs no longer overlap each other !
My thighs have started to kiss each other only!
Hope after 2 more months, they will break up!
