im a beginner with fat belly and when im doing rear delt flyes 10lbs on each arm i feel like my arm will tear itself apart halfway. i couldn't raise it to the sides even with elbows bent.
luckily i came across this channel. now im gonna try a light weight and see if it works.

Good video, any tips on avoiding shoulder injury especially for someone who has that history - pinches, cuff pain etc? Pack the shoulder, rotate the dumbbell, a slight bend from elbow to db, etc? Thanks!
