Most people cover why the back rounds which looks like a hunchback in this workout. But what about the back caving in? What is it that causes that? This is when it looks like a downward curve between your shoulders and low back.

So you don't have to have your spine parallel to the floor and you can bounce your hips and knees a bit like Jared? I was told not to do that.

I train at home. Would doing this after barbell rows make no sense because redundancy ?

Very accurate technique. But the weight is so light. I know it is only for demonstration purposes, but with heavier weight he would be bending so low.

Or grab a bench, straps and a have ass dumbbell and toe one arm at a time
