Great! The PPT is key to learn the skill. By the way, something I did to progress from adv. tuck to straddle was adding weight to the adv. tuck. For example, by holding a water bottle between the knees. In my front lever trainning I've been using half lay position, and sometimes I add a little bit of weight as well.

i do it but im in retraction :0 i use bands to fix the form. Really good progression. Straddles werent my thing in any skill so i just did tuck-adv tuck-super adv tuck-halflay and full

Pls give me a training plan for full planche in 5 weeks. Because i can do 5 seconds clean super adv. Tuck


But i know nothing about training frequency, exercise frequency, intensity, volume and how often i should do attempts

i get 10 sec straddle on floor and already can hold this progression maybe i should try this because sometime my straddle get bent leg bad angle idk why

Valentin otz : we dont care for form.. need take volume at badform and good form follow alone with volume and force
