Thanks! Way to pursue a great industry in fitness! I would say that the squat is the most basic and fundamental movement in strength training and there are so many ways to vary them. I love teaching the squat and reach, the goblet squat, and also the single legged squat! keep up the great work and thanks for helping us spread the love for fitness!

I want to start weight training but don't understand how much weight to lift in the beginning. I weigh 58 kgs. Should I start with 2 kgs.
