If you really cared for her and did all the things possible to make her happy and she still left you or made you feel alone, then she doesn't deserve to be with you. Do not waste your precious time and energy in chasing someone who doesn't reciprocate your feelings. You deserve someone a lot better. So just make a decision to never ever get back with her again. Because it's better to be alone than to be with someone who makes you feel alone. Also remember that no matter how good you think a person is, they can ALWAYS be replaced.

Three stages of a breakup are sad-mad-glad. The key is to get past sad first and quickly to the 'mad' stage as this is easier to deal with. But don't stay there long, it's not healthy to be mad.

I don't believe advice that says "accept that it's over". Don't do this in the early stages as it will throw you into despair. Keep hope alive that you will get back it just turns into indifference. Indifference is really what you want.

You have to be strong during this period! If your ex really cares for you and loves you they will miss you just as much as YOU miss them!! Love is a TWO way street! Silence is the best way to make someone aware of what they used to have, how good you actually were to them. It really helped me and my ex to build a stronger relationship once we finally talked again after a period of absolute silence from one another. Be strong stay silent but don't let your pride get the best of you. Always know when you deserve better when you reflect on yourself during this period of silence. Remember to forgive and restore!
