Very useful madam.. I am having 2 years old boy.. I am not able to go walking outside.. After delivery my body weight increased.. I am not able to do exercise because of my child.. When watching ur video I am very glad and I am started to do exercise when my child sleeping... Very motivated mam.. Post some small exercise because of time constraint we do not exercise

hello madam, thanks for indoor walking exercises. I wish to follow. my house terrace is free but constantly clouded with cigarette smoke from 3 directions. I was mentally suffering what to do. I am now lucky to watch your video. really most useful. I don't know why there are 100 dislikes. nallathukku kalam illai. ithey thanni pottu yaravathu aadinal 100 likes poduvargal. totally I dislike the dislikes. if you see the dislike symbol from opposite side, they are likes only. I am having bow legs. please suggest an exercise to straighten my legs. is there any age restriction to do the exercise. I am 63. should I take any vitamin tablets or any veg food for it madam. thank you.💐💐💯👌👍🙌🙌🤝🤝🙏🙏

Dear shanti mam...what a wonderful woman... really u was a gift for me... I have been walking for several years.What I find is body weight will not increase.Only diet will help to reduce weight.
