Get Strong & Toned After Baby | Postpartum Workout With Dumbbells (Or Water Bottles)

Today we are doing a 25-min postpartum dumbbell workout to get strong and toned! I used 10 lbs dumbbells, but use a weight that feels safe for you you or you can also grab water bottles or cans of beans. Include this workout a couple of times per week to see a difference in your muscle tone and definition!

I want to see more dumbell workouts with included posture, glutes, back, chest lifted etc, i enjoy doing your all workouts, the best thing of all these are diastesis recti safe , keep making such kind of more workout videos

Fan of the dumbbell workouts. That is how I would workout a lot pre-baby, including during pregnancy, and it feels really effective for short sessions.

I loved this video. You have the highest quality pregnancy and postpartum workouts I have found. I did your pregnancy workouts as soon as I could get through the day without barfing. I was never miserable in my body the way you hear some people talk about. I could sleep and move comfortably until the day I gave birth. I think I owe much of that to your videos.

You've saved my body! I've been doing your workouts since I was pregnant with my fifth. I'm now almost 2yrs pp and this is the most closed my diastasis recti have ever been. I love the walking workouts, but I also would love more strength (maybe with options for different equipment like bands, balls, bars). Seriously though, you're doing amazing things on here! Thank you!

10m postpartum and I loved this dumbell workout. My lower back is very painful and I have a weak core so more core strength work, exercises for back pain and strength building would be great! Love what you do Jess…keep it up!
