You cannot spot reduce (Target) a fat area on your body. There are really only four things you need to do consistently over a long enough period of time to lose fat

1. Eat in a Caloirc Deficit
2. Track your caloric intake (ie Weight your food and log it in a tracking app)
3. Eat enough protein to maintain muscle mass
( 1g per lb of body weight is a good target)
4. Weight training to stimulate lean muscle mass

For the dark chocolate you have to make sure it is 70% or above cocoa because it has all the nutrients

What works for me is more greens and fruits for the fiber, less carbs, no processed foods, no sugar except from fruits, and walking and stretching.

Dark Chocolate has *'LEAD' in it, even 'Hershey's', 'Lindt, ' 'Ghirardelli', 'Trader Joe's', etc., most Dark Chocolate brands.
