My diet -: for fat loss
Breakfast - lemon water
- fruit one Bowl
Lunch - 2 Roti with sabji
After 1 hour take tea low sugar and milk

One hour walk
Dinner take tea ☕ low sugar milk

can you add few more foods that are readily available in market so that they are actually helpful
eg curd is available and can be instantly be eaten but paneer is not available and cannot be consumed directly hence can you make a list of this which are
a. readily available
b. healthy aka low calories or protein Rich diet
c. consumed instantly
d. affordable
