Things I did in the beginning of my weight loss don’t work for me now that I’ve met my goal. I had to switch things up like eating more protein + fat in general and also eating a small high carb snack before my workout so my body won’t go into stress mode and cause a carb heavy food binge later on. Experimenting to figure out what works best for your body is key!

I think the biggest thing I've noticed is making sure your gut microbiome is on point. When I'm eating my greens and salads and no/not much refined/"junk" food then my hunger basically regulates itself.

Beans....I've found that beans actually hurt amd cause stomach issues and gas for me. So, for fiber, I stick to certain veggies. I've also really enjoyed pea protein and chia seeds.

this helped! i work a night shift once a week and once i come back home in the AM i usually take a nap, and then when i wake up its like i haven't eaten sugar all week. I just want EVERYTHING, and on top of that it's saturday so I like to treat myself on the weekend anyway. wow, this makes sense! thank you :)
