These drills (A-skip, B-skip, ankling) are all important for improving your running form in different ways:

A-Skip:

B-Skip:

B-Skip: Adds power and explosiveness to the A-Skip motion.

Thank you for doing this video. I remember doing this exercise back in my college days. I wish I had kept it up now that I started running again. Im 61 now, and I don't have the speed. I did finish two marathons. I know my form isn't there. I will try. Determine 61.

is there a difference between speed training and long distance training? like as far as form goes is a jog different than a Sprint? I tried your tips by the way and went so fast that it frightened me

I would just tell Elliot to not destroy his confidence is Trimble is on of the best guard defense in the nation and we need him guarding one of the best guards in the nation and that helps both RJ not using as much energy and Elliot not on the floor as much

I have 2 ques
1. How do you control your heart rate while running ie bpm?

whenever I run at about 17kmph (10.5mph), my bpm shoots upto 180-190bpm so I dont risk increasing my speed further and have slow down. Its been months since I have been brisk walking with 100-110bpm (7.2kmph/ 4.2mph ) and jogging with 135-145bpm (11kmph/ 6.83mph).

2. What method of breathing would lower the bpm from your experience ?

I mean for me personally inhaling and exhaling through nose works best with 15-20 lower bpm compared to inhaling through nose and exhaling through mouth or 2 inhale through nose and 1 exhale through mouth.

PS. I daily walk/jog/run for about 14-15kms (8.5-9miles).
