In 2 weeks I lost about 3kg from 71 to 68. I combined this with one other video from april and I also do intermittent fasting. So I don't eat past 7pm till 10:00 am the next day and the results are really good. My shorts definitely feel much looser when I wear them.

I’ve tried so many workout video routines over the years on YouTube with little result.. your channel and videos are a miracle and I’ve noticed a flatter stomach, arms I’ve been wanting for years and better posture!

I did it 4 times a day and lost 1kg If I keep doing this for 10 days I will lose 10kg Dancing is good and relaxing If you dance outside you will feel more tired than staying at home and dancing there today I felt like I'm making an effort for the first time in my life because I'm not I'm used to dancing outside and it's the first time I sweat and I dance. Usually when I'm dancing, whether it's a strong dance or a normal dance. I don't sweat, but I feel dry and I feel cold. I just don't know why, even though I don't turn on the air conditioner, the window, or the fan. Thank you, April, you're my role model. I love you and I enjoy watching your videos. They give me energy and movement I love you🦋🎶

Definitely love this one and bunch of other videos from April. I gained over 10lb during pandemic. I saw this video and started to do this exercise and a few other April’ routines from June and lost those 10 lbs in less than three months. My BMI changed from 22.4 to 20.7. April’s routines are definitely the best I have tried. I especially love that she explained every movement and how to breathe very well. Will continue to follow April. Good luck with the pregnancy and new baby!

first day i got through the 8 minutes feeling like i'm gonna die. second day i somehow could do 1.5 reps of this. by third day i can do almost full 3 rounds of this, it's kind of amazing. after that I started experimenting with other of your vids (like the 10 minute bunny jump workout which, hoo boy what a workout in just 10 min), and would do 10 min of that, 8 min of some arm workout vid from another youtuber, and then come back to 8 min of this. i'm soaked in sweat by the end but feel super accomplished! hopefully i keep this up 5 days a week, and see a difference soon!

It's been a long time since I worked out but I always love your workouts. I find they're super effective without pushing me too hard, especially after long periods of time not managing to work out. Most of the workouts I see on youtube, if I try and jump into them I struggle hard to make it to the end and give up a few days in because it pushes me too hard to fast, so I'm really thankful for workouts like these that are really beginner friendly ^_^ I'm going to try and do this every day for the rest of the week and then move into adding one of your other workouts into the mix to slowly ramp up the difficulty and keep me improving ^_^
