ok - quarantine is kicking in for me haha.. a DANCE WORKOUT with 80s music - this is a guarantee to get into a HAPPY MOOD and put a smile on your face :) even Dennis was smiling behind the camera! / Werbung

PS: ASK YOUR PARENTS TO JOIN! Mine were getting super excited when they finally heard "their kind of music" :D plus it's beginner friendly. No Burpees or Jump Squats involved.

Listen, cardio is definitely NOT boring in today's routine! I had the best time creating & filming this video. Felt a little shy at first, but after a couple of side steps I was definitely singing along. Thank god we remove the original sound lol.

When I did this routine 4x in a row (testing my workouts takes time) I burned the same amount of calories as I normally do during the other workouts!!!
Also nevermind the exercise names haha. The "Wood Chopper" should rather be called the "John Travolta".

No Equipment needed & you can follow everything I do for 30 seconds. We don't have breaks - but I'm pretty sure they are REALLY not necessary here. This is Beginner Friendly! :)

I like how she doesn't really mention words weight loss, fat, calories or such. Makes me want to do these excercises for pure fun and benefit instead of doing this all goal-directed.

Everyone's always curious about how many calories these dance videos burn. I decided to post my results! Today was dance day on her workout plan I'm doing, meaning I just did all 4 back-to-back, no break. I did in this order; Oldies, Sexy, 80s, and Happy Dance.
I am 162cm or 5'3.5" tall and
I am 68.5kg or 151lbs
By the end of the Oldies dance I burned 106 kcal; 106 kcal burned.
By the end of Sexy I burned 250 kcal; 144 kcal burned.
By the end of 80s I burned 413 kcal; 163 kcal burned.
By the end of Happy I had burned 564 (could be more, I had to take Hey Mama high knees slowly because I have bad knees); 151 kcal.

I also did a 10 minute cool down stretch (no video) and by the end of my workout I had burned about 620 kcal in total. Your numbers will likely vary given only doing one video since I did all of them back-to-back. Posting this on the 4 videos so people can find!

Pam's dance workouts are the only ones I can follow with a smile on my face! Other youtubers go too fast, switch movements, or the moves are too complicated to follow for the first time thru.
